Buy a single pack of packaged precooked bacon. So that you would not have to cook them at home before preparing this recipe. Additionally, also buy the cheese sticks or a simple pack of cheese, then cut it into the sticks.

Take 2-3 bacon and wrap them around each cheese stick. You can add more or fewer bacon around each cheese strip depending on your taste. Then, preheat the oven and bake it for around 6-10 minutes. Make sure that the cheese shouldn’t fully melt but it must stay stick to the bacon. Take them out of the oven and serve hot with any sauce, e.g. bar b q sauce.

  • Cauliflower Head- 1 full. (or cauliflower rice- 4 cups)
  • Coconut flour or any other of your choice- 1/3 cups
  • Salt- approximately ¼ teaspoon.
  • Uncured bacon- around 6 ounces
  • Turkey/ground beef- 1.5 pounds
  • Onion powder- 1 Tsp
  • Garlic powder- 1 Tsp
  • Oregano powder- 1 Tsp
  • Pepper- ½ tsp

For Preparing Sauce

  • Butter- 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut flour or any of your choice- 1 tablespoon
  • Heavy cream- 1.5 cups
  • Yellow mustard- 2 tablespoons
  • Cheddar cheese- around 8 ounces, sliced.


If you are using the cauliflower head, chop it well through using a food processor. However, don’t do anything if you are using cauliflower rice. Let this bowl cool down and then add salt and flour into it. Take the bacon and moderately cook it, avoid overcooking or fully cooking it.

Take the bacon out with a fork so that its juice will stay behind in the pan. Then, finely chop the bacon or cut it down into small pieces. Cook beef/turkey in a pan and add onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano powder and mix all of them properly. Once cooked, remove the beef from the burner or let it cool.

Preheat your oven up to 350 degrees. Until the over becomes heated, prepare the sauce by using the sauce ingredients. First of all, add the butter in the pan or skillet and let it melt.   • Egg- 1

  • Cooked and chopped bacon- ½ cup


First of all, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. After that, take a bowl and mix all of the ingredients together. Take a baking pan and pour the mixture into it. Press it towards the bottom to make a layer of the mixture.

  • Roma tomato- 1 medium sized
  • Bacon- 5 slices

  • Pink salt- 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper- ½ teaspoon
  • Dried oregano- 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic- 3 cloves
  • Jalapeno peppers- 2 medium sized
  • Worcestershire sauce- 1 teaspoon
  • Beef or chicken stock- 2 cups


Take a large bowl and add bacon to it. Then, finely chop the bacon into small pieces and cook until they are almost ready. Then, add the ground beef and cook it for few minutes until it changes its color. Take the finely chopped jalapeno peppers, chopped garlic, bell pepper, chopped garlic, and onion etc.

Mix all of them together and then add all the remaining ingredients into this mixture. Also, add the chicken or beef stock that is almost 2 cups. If you don’t have the chicken or beef stock available, you can simply add the 2 cups of water.

Adding the water into this mixture is absolutely fine. However, if you add the chicken or beef stock, it will further enhance the flavor while making it more energetic for you.

  • Cauliflower- 8 cups
  • White flour- 6 tablespoon

  • Nutmeg- 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper and salt
  • Breadcrumbs- ¾ cups
  • Parsley- fresh and chopped


Take a large sized skillet and set the heat from medium to high. Cook the bacons over it until they turn golden brown. Then, take a paper towel and place the cooked bacons over it. Take water in a pan and boil it. Add a pinch of salt into it and add the cauliflower. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Then, drain the water and set it aside.

  • Chicken thighs- 6 pieces
  • Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic- 2 cloves crushed
  • Parsley leaves- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped

  • Black pepper- to taste

For cream sauce:

  • Garlic- 4 cloves crushed
  • Diced bacon- 7 ounces
  • Mushrooms- 7 ounces sliced
  • Heavy cream- ½ cup
  • Chicken broth- ½ cup
  • Parmesan- ½ cup
  • Black pepper- to taste
  • Salt-to taste
  • Fresh parsley and parmesan for garnishing


Preheat the oven into 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix olive oil with garlic, parsley, pepper, and salt and apply this mixture on to the chicken pieces. take a larger skillet and sear the chicken pieces over it one by one.

Make sure to wear them from one side first and then from the other side until they turn golden brown. Then, put them in over and roast them properly, for about 20-25 minutes. Take it out and set aside to cool.

Fry the garlic in the chicken stock from the above step, add bacon and let it fried until it also turns golden brown. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms get soften. Pour cream, parmesan, and chicken broth and let them simmer.

Sprinkle it with pepper, salt (if needed), and bacon. Add the mixture again into the pan and simmer for only 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and parmesan and serve!
